Terms and Conditions "Legal stuff"
"We" refers to "MCEBuddy LLC" (aka "MCEBuddy" and "MCEBuddy 2.x").
The software is provided "as is" and any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the regents or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Without limitation of the foregoing, contributors/regents expressly does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or expectations, the software or the software content will be free of bugs, errors, viruses or other defects, any results, output, or data provided through or generated by the software will be accurate, up-to-date, complete or reliable, the software will be compatible with third party software, any errors in the software will be corrected.
The user assumes all responsibility for selecting the software and for the results obtained from the use of the software. The user shall bear the entire risk as to the quality and the performance of the software.
No refund shall be provided once the subscription has been activated, i.e. the username and password were used to access any of the software on the hosted servers. Any refunds made will be adjusted for transaction fees. We reserve the right to terminate the service with no refund if we detect unauthorized distribution, fraudulent use, violation of intellectual property, violation of privacy, threatening or abusive behavior or if there is a default in the payment. The user shall not distribute, copy, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify, in whole or in part, any of the software.
There is no charge for the software. Each license or subscription purchased allows the buyer access to limited support and access to the server where the software is hosted by us, for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Each license or subscription purchased allows the buyer to use the MCEBuddy Engine on a single computer. Additional subscriptions can be purchased if the Engine is required to be used on multiple servers. The the Remote Client can be hosted on unlimited computers. Subscriptions cannot be exchanged or upgraded. A Lifetime license allows the user to use the software in accodance with these terms for the life of their computer. A Lifetime license does not guarantee that software or updates to the software will be available indefinitely. We may discontinue software, support for software and the software may be removed from our servers without prior notice.
We reserve the rights to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
